Tema is a planned coastal city east of Accra, organised around a series of numbered communities and closely connected to Ghana’s major port and industrial areas.
Its residential areas range from established communities to newer developments such as Community 1 to Community 25, offering a mix of standalone houses, apartments and gated estates.
